High temperature test  

 

 

Test temperature:60℃

Test content:Adjust the high and low temperature laboratory temperature to the severe level +60 ℃, run the motor under no-load condition, and check whether the motor meets the judgment standard. After adjusting the speed to 0, power on for 72 hours, and test the no-load data

 

After the experiment, the motor was allowed to stand for 2 hours in a normal temperature and humidity environment, and the experimental motor was tested to comply with the regulations of 6-1

Low temperature test

Test temperature:-20℃

Test time:48H

Test content:Adjust the temperature of the high and low temperature laboratory to the severe level of -20°C, run the motor under no-load condition, and check whether the motor meets the judgment standard. After adjusting the speed to 0, power on for 48 hours, and test the no-load data

High temperature and high humidity storage test

Test temperature:40℃

Test humidity:85%RH

Test time:2d

Test content:The motor should be able to withstand a temperature of 60°C, a relative humidity of 85%, a constant damp heat test that lasted 2 days, and the insulation resistance should be measured immediately after the test, which should not be less than 1MΩ. The motor should have no obvious deterioration of appearance quality and works normally . After 12 hours of recovery under normal atmospheric conditions, the motor should be able to work normally.

5-5 Salt spray test experimental condition:

1:试The temperature of the test chamber is required to be (35 ± 2) ℃, the humidity is more than 95%, the mist reduction is 1-2ml / (H · cm2), and the nozzle pressure is 78.5-137.3kpa (0.8-1.4kgf / cm2).

2:((5 ± 0.5)% sodium chloride, pH 6.5-7.2
